Poor Customer Service! My experience at Starbucks was honestly disappointing. The staff was extremely rude, and after charging me for my order, they completely forgot to give me the sandwich I paid for. I waited patiently and was very polite about the situation, but the service never improved. To make things worse, while I was there, the employees were loudly talking about other customers and speaking badly about them, which made the whole environment feel uncomfortable and unprofessional. A place that’s supposed to be welcoming felt anything but. Definitely not the kind of customer service you expect when you’re just trying to grab a coffee and a sandwich.

This am team is amazing, I mean absolutely incredible. I've enjoyed this place so much! Its because people like "Amelia Bedelia" help you feel so seen and valued. People like Tony listen carefully to your order. Barristers like Kilea and Sarah take such good care of you when dine in. I never wondered what was the reason why they were such an amazing team but I found out today. Today I met their capable and fearless store manager, the competent, kind, authentic, and strong, Melinda! In one heartfelt conversation I saw how she infuses this team with care, consideration and competency. This Lakemoor leader manages from the heart, guides from compassion and instructs with specificity. That kind of leadership deserves recognition, and a raise. Starbucks corporate if you are listening.
